Dynamic Office 365 Endpoints in Endpoint Firewall Policy

What is the best way to use dynamically updated Office 365 Endpoints in the Endpoint Firewall Policy for clients that are managed by an on-premise Endpoint Security Management Server?

I was thinking of using the IPaddressFeed2CheckPoint script to get the O365 Endpoints, adding them to a group and use this group in the Endpoint Firewall Policy. Any other ideas?

Sadly, you can't use Updatable Objects on Endpoint Firewall policy such as exist on Quantum Security Gateways.
That would make this a lot easier, I'm sure.
