Discovered Devices

Hi,

In our Infinity Portal, some of our tenants have the Asset management > Storage & Peripheral > Discovered Devices pane filled with events, whilst others are completely blank. The Port Protection Policies seem to be identical and logging, and the version of Endpoint Server seems to not make a difference.

Please could somebody point me to where the device discovery population is controlled?

Never mind, I found it. I checked for 3 customers and I see bunch of manually added devices showing and then about 10-15 discovered devices.

Best I found out on it is in admin guide:

The problem I have, is that some cloud Endpoint servers are auto-discovering and some are not. But I know not why.

That part, sorry mate, Im not sure, maybe someone else can confirm. I was reading admin guide, but could not find section talking about it, unless I missed it. Will go through it again later after my scheduled remote session.
