Disable endpoint anti-malware

Is it possible to disable temporarily the endpoint anti-malware blade on one endpoint?

You can create a new Virtual Group and then put the computer and user in the group.  After that, just clone or add a rule in the Anti-Malware blade then right click on "Scan all files upon access" and disable the policy.
