How can i setup checkpoint Endpoint to allow downloading files of huge sizes?

What is the issue you are confronted with ? ESP does not regulate file size afaik ?

When download file (eg: excel) of a little big size it blocks.

Are you using Threat Emulation?
Because that’s the only feature I’m aware of that limits file size as there are limits to how big a file can be emulated.
