Check Point E81.40 is not excecuting

 
Hi everyone, good morning.
I have a problem with CheckPoint E81.40.
On my boss's computer, although the program is installed, it is not running...any idea where the problem may be?

How precisely are you confirming this?
And have you rebooted since installation?
