The new license is valid until: 23-Oct-2024
However, on the Infinity Portal, the services have stopped and cannot be restarted.
The error: "The trial for this tenant is expired. You are not allowed to start this tenant. For exceptions, contact Endpoint Cloud support."
We tried to manually synchronize the license, but it does not help.
We also deleted license and the connection to the user center account to add it again, but this also does not help.
The license in the infinity portal is active.
Any ideas? Thanks.
