Boot error with drive encryption in progress

Good day everyone

I have a small situation...

I have 2 drives, one is 98% encrypted and the other is 11% encrypted" where I cannot access them at all.

I have tried with the recovery files I get from the portal, but I get the following errors when trying to get the images/files:

Even while I get this error, I am able to burn the iso image but then when i try to decrypt the drive, it states "Generic Error, unable to recover C drive"

I have tried creating a WindowsPE as well, but it just doesn't unlock the drive.

Using FDE on windows to unlock the drive just causes it to crash (Bluescreen)

I hope someone can help me out with this.
