Did you try making an exception for it in harmony endpoint portal/endpoint management?

1) Can you send a screenshot of how you made an exception?

2) What do you see in the logs when this fails?

Silverlight is out of support since October 2021 ! Did you already define an EPS exclusion ?

We have added URL the exclusions in the Antimalware policy and installed the policy but users feedback is applications are not able to access. desktop users is access proper but thin client users is not able to access same URL used the both client same policy

What thin client users ? Sounds like MAB users ! You write about checkpoint endpoint security ? EPS server exclusions will not work for MAB...

@Vinod_Yadav ...Chris and Guenter bring up good points. First off, lets start with basics...when you say thin client, what exactly do you mean? Only thin client I ever know when it comes to CP is whats called SSL network extender (SNX) and that goes through the web browser, so there is no need to install the actual VPN client. Now, it would definitely help us if you could clarify things we mentioned AND also provide us with screenshot of the logs and what exactly you excluded.

If you can give those, Im fairly certain we would be able to point you in the right direction.

I would suggest to contact TAC - they could do a quick RAS and resolve the issue in short time...

So good luck that there is a quick resolution by TAC ! From what you wrote it is impossible even to know what you are using for RA...

Yes, We have log this case on 17th November but we have waiting for resolution from TAC team.
