What is my portal name?

Hello!  I am currently having some issues with KnowBe4 and getting false positives on phishing campaigns - specifically ones with attachments.

I have a hunch that it is something to do with how I have my whitelist filter configured.  The KB4 article states to:

In the pop-up window, enter "[portalname],office365_emails,inline", but replace "[portalname]" with the name of your Avanan portal.

I have entered what I believe is my portal name, but now I am second guessing.  This feels like a very simple and easy answer, but can someone please tell me where I could find exactly what my portal name is?

I have the same question. Seems like it would be simple to see this value in general settings.... but no. Anyone from checkpoint support care to chime in here?

If you mouse over the various options in the menu tree (or right click open in new tab), chrome will show you the URL in the lower left...  e.g. https://<portalname>.checkpointcloudsec.com/#/dashboard

this is what I came across today, with direct message injection no longer an option I am trying to get it cut over but am having issues with the attachment's being quarantined

I've been fighting through the same issues. I feel I've done everything recommended by kb4 but malware scanning still triggers on attachments. Other than whitelisting each sender or hash, which is less than ideal, I'm at a bit of a loss.

Have you found a better solution?
