Voicemails in Teams being blocked

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to completely bypass an email address from Check Point Harmony so that it does not scan or modify the header?

Voicemails from Teams voice are not getting to the teams client, but they do come through via email and research suggests this is due to Harmony modifying the header of the email containing the Vmail.

Have you tried tried adding exceptions anywhere such as Anti-Malware and DLP?
Suggest reaching out to TAC if this doesn't help.

Not sure if this is possible, but I recall once adding MS IP ranges as an exception and that seemed to work.
