Missing Place holder Value in quarantine notification email body

In quarantine notification mail body , it is missing Place holder value of {from email address} value.

That looks like one of the supported placeholder values: https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Harmony_Email_and_Collaboration/Topics-Harmony-Email-Collaborat... 
Are you saying that placeholder isn't working correctly?
If so, TAC will likely have to investigate.

Placeholder value is not being retrieve in mail body though the template format is right.
