How does users access their archived mail

Hi Team 

I have enabled Harmony Email Collaboration - Archiving for a customer on our MSSP cloud. How would the users then access their  archived email, will it still present in their Outlook archive folder.

Let me check with my colleague, I believe he helped customer with this before. I am fairly certain it would be in the archive folder, yes.

@M1k3C00n3y Just confirmed, I was mistaken. Archive folder would NOT be visible in Outlook, access would be possible via harmony email portal or admin could export the messages from the archive if need be.

Thanks for the quick response, Is there then a separate "user portal" that you publish that end users can access without accessing the infinity portal or would I need to create a new "role" on the infinity portal and only give access to the archiving search per managed users/groups?

Personally, Im not aware of any separate portal, but maybe you can confirm with TAC.
