Harmony and Email Collaboration - O365
Mates,
A Harmony and Email Collaboration - O365 demo has ended, but the client would like to remove Check Point from their tenant because it is causing some issues by removing content from the email and it cannot be restored.
How should I go about removing Check Point from their tenant?

Just as an FYI!
I did refer to the admin guide dated "14 April 2023" on page 297, where it talks about "Reverting Manual Onboarding/Switching to Automatic Onboarding". When I navigated to Config> SaaS Applications and or Policy, it resulted in:
Extension Request Submitted
A Check Point representative will review the request and will notify you about its approval.
