Harmony Mail not scanning historic emails in mailboxes

Harmony Mail does not appear to be scanning historic emails in mailboxes. From looking at this, it looks like emails prior to setup time are not being scanned or analysed to reflect the true image of email. 

Can you advise on next steps?

Best course to take would be to raise an SR with TAC to investigate since this should occur by default.

Note these limitations however:

For accounts up to 500 users: 14 days

For accounts with more than 500 users: No backward scanning

Note - If you need backward scanning for your accounts or to extend the backward scanning period, contact Check Point Support.
