Cannot activate inline mode

Hi All,

I'm conducting a PoC for a client, but we're running into a snag when attempting to active inline mode:

I came up blank searching for relevant SK's - normally I'd escalate this to TAC but since this is a PoC I do not have this option. 

Wondering if anyone has seen something similar?

As this was a little while ago did you already reach out to the onboarding email contact point in the admin guide or your local SE?
