When I try to make a connection via WAN Port, the problem below appears.

Running in R80.20.15

1. Can you ping upstream ISP router's IP address?

2. Do you have any DNS servers defined using IP addresses (i.e. 8.8.8.8)?

3. Do you have a default static route configured?

4. Can you ping same DNS server by IP (8.8.8.8)?

What DNS is configured?
Have you confirmed via the CLI you can ping these names?
