harmony connect "application level request"

Hello everybody.

See attached photos.

Accoring to the checkpoint "video" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ST0OR4plk8

 

1.i should be able to see a considerate amount og more options then what i am currently seeing.

2.. What is "application level access" and what does it have to do with my account manager?

Which license do you have Internet Access or Remote Access?

i bought "harmony total"

i have attached photo of what the portal currently sees as the License.

I do not think Harmony Connect is part of Total.    Ignore, this is not correct

Harmony total should include it all.. at least the connect

Of course, it was silly of me to say otherwise. You do have all required Connect licenses in place, so it must be something else.

Please talk to your AM/SE and ask him/her to assist, as the message says. My understanding is, something needs to be done on the backend.

How old is your tennant and do you have the contract attached?

This feature was only activated automatically for new accounts created starting mid October as I recall.

Those created earlier need to contact TAC to enable it, see sk155574.

Hello,

Application level access is for clientless access to your corporate application (L7). If your tenant was created before 4th October, this feature is not enabled by default - refer to sk155574.

You can request the feature by filling the form here

Some of the questions in there makes me uncertain on what to answer

 

about ODO.. i said no
then you asked if i have a cloudguard connect account? i guess its a no?

probably better to ask your Check Point AM/SE to help you filling the questionnaire. Just provide him/her your account ID (it's under Global Settings > Account Settings, copy the account ID.

odo is the solution we have acquired, this is the corporate access function under harmony connect 🙂. The Google form is quite old, the name etc has not been updated.

All right. I’ve submitted the form.. some visibility about this would be great.: do you know how long it will take until activated..
