Harmony Connect Compliance Check Safe IPs

Hi guys, 

I have a question in Harmony Connect Compliance Check.

Is there a way to add a policy for a non-compliant endpoint because of AV update, to give them access only to a specific IPs or URLs to update their AV, instead of blocking them?
