Do we need to login in Harmony IA everyday? Can that not be automated like zscaler?

Hi Team,

Is it possible to set up automated login for Harmony IA similar to Zscaler? We have received complaints from users about having to log in every morning where they need to first login on on desktop and then in IA application.

Any clue?

Is this the Identity Awareness Agent you're asking about? If so, yes it is possible to set up seamless authentication using Kerberos SSO. Details are in the admin guide here.

Nope I am not talking about Identity awareness agent? I am talking about Harmony Connect IA agent or SASE agent

I am not seeing any option with Harmony IA - I have gone through the document but users are being prompted to enter password every morning or whenever network source is changed.
