In general, upgrades of management in public cloud require using the migrate export/import process as the typical in-place upgrade procedure doesn't work in public cloud.
I suppose the real question is: what's the plan for releasing R80.30 (or later version) in China Azure.
Will have to check.

Hi,
Please refer to sk155632 for Management upgrade instructions.
Regarding availability - the latest version, R80.30, is currently in publication process in Azure China and should be available in the marketplace in a few days. I recommend to contact the Check Point local office for more information regarding markteplace availability and deployment.
Regards,
Dmitry
