How to disable an FTP server is listening on a remote port?

I'm not sure where to begin with this, other than the IP address is the internal interface, and there are no access control rules or proxies that should utilize this. We are on 81.10 and I'd like to address this to remove the FTB banner:  Check Point FireWall-1 Secure FTP server running on

What exactly are you trying to do? Block a port, banner, something else?

Looks like the FTP Security Server, which is a legacy feature that shouldn't be used unless you have an explicit configuration (using FTP with Resource rules).
However, they do crop up from time to time.
