On-premise and cloud gateways work differently because the underlying networking is different.
This might account for the NAT limitation as we can definitely do that sort of NAT in an on-premise setting.
Also, the best practice change because the capabilities in the underlying cloud platform changes.
I presume we are integrating with Microsoft Cloud App Security using Log Exporter, which exports our logs into a number of different syslog formats.
Whether it is being parsed correctly on Microsoft's end is a separate question.
Not sure what you're saying about Identity and Encryption schemes.
