Cloud Guard Vsec licensing Quota exeeced
Hi,
I have received a license SKU CPSG-VSEC-VEN-BUN-NGTX-1Y with 6 seats, And I have 6 VSec Gateway with 2 Vcpu each.
The person who ordered the license didn't know that the 6 seats correspond to 6 core and not a license for 6 security gateways.
I have attached the license and distributed it to the 6 VSec Gateways.
Attached is the license usage. The available Quota is -6
I have 3 questions please:
1- how the security gateways will behave? they will use only 1 vcpu ?
2- what is the impact of having a negative Quota?
3- To correct this, we have to order a license of 6 seats right? is it possible to add it or we will have to extend the current one?
Thank you for your support!

6 additional seats of the same type is the correct approach. If needed account services could merge the licences for you after purchase.

I think what Chris told you makes perfect sense. In scenario like that, best people to contact are either your Sales engineer or License team people to sort it out.
