Rule additional info modification

Hello to all,

is there any API possibility to modify/read additional info in rules (Additional rule info, Ticket no, Ticket requestor)?

I would like to somehow automate fill in these into existing rulebase

In the API, those fields are the "custom-fields" property of a rule. You can set them with set-access-rule (present since API v1.0 in R80). In SmartConsole, field-1 is called "Additional Rule Info", field-2 is called "Ticket Number", and field-3 is called "Ticket Requester".
