Problem with cli_api_import_objects_from_csv.sh

I am trying to import objects from a csv file with the following command:

This is what I get:

Based on the above error, I went ahead and configured the Management API settings to accept calls from all IP addresses as shown below:

I then restarted the api with the "api restart" command and yet I still get the same error.

Has anybody had this at all?
