Example:
In the first command, you're using "show administrators"
In the second command, you're using "set users"
These are not the same thing.

The first command is to show you the users indeed does exist
The second command is to show the error "Requested object [TestUser] not found"
Yes, "users" and "administrators" are different things...and have different API calls.
They also require being in different domains (administrators must be in 'System Data').
