Mgmt API - Web Services - put-file

Hello,

Is there a way to change permissions of a file using the mgmt API?

I am using the put-file module (specifically the cp_mgmt_put_file ansible cp module) to copy a file from a local server via the mgmt API to a remote security gateway.  I need to change the default permissions the file inherits (644- rw-r-r) so the file can be executed after being copied.

The put-file doesn't appear to have any functionality to set the destination permissions of the file it is copying.

Regards,

Simon

You can use the run-script API to run chmod to do that.
