Hi,
I haven't. I was just looking for the Identity Web API settings on smart console and couldn't find them. Our Identity Awareness server uses a MSFT server. So, I assume the Client access permissions, authorized secret and authentication settings are set on the MSFT IA server, not smart console.

IA Web API is set on the management server through the SmartConsole. It's under the mgmt object, Identity Awareness, Identity Web API, click Settings and add a client under Authorized Clients, and you will get the PSK generated or can use your own. Under Client Access Permissions, make sure the right interface is chosen to access the portal.
