Filter out disabled and expired rules via API

I am querying the CMA rulesbase via API using some filters.

However, i am not able to filter out disabled or expired rules.

I can do it in code but i want to minimise number of API calls as my rulebase is pretty big.

please guide me how can i do using filter in API call.

API version : 1.7.1 and OS : R80.40

Not possible with pure API.
Alternatives:

• use additional script code
• export the rule base as CSV and filter the output
• export the rule base into Excel and filter the output
