There are two recent enhancements made to the notifications functionality
- Notification Trigger: In addition to the criteria based on priority, it is also possible to send notifications only for those incidents that were not prevented. This can reduce the number of notifications to only those that require operator attention
- Include Tenant Name In Subject Of Notification Emails: This is particularly useful for operators that are managing multiple tenants. It also allows email notifications to be easily filtered
