The mcli tool reduces typing and lets you easily get what you want from the API. To fetch data and to invoke changes.
- It implicitly manages your logins and logouts, no -s sid.txt option required
- Formats the output in json, no -f json option required
- It extracts data from all show multiple object commands (examples show-hosts, show-domains, show-gateways-and-servers) without requiring your remembering whether data was grouped in objects[], packages[], logs[], etc. Furthermore, the output is easily converted into tabular format and sorted for you.
