threat prevention and some Office Files dont work
Hi all,
I am checking if the R81.20 with all its features - like URL-Filter, Application Control, Threat Prevention - can replace an explicit proxy.
The R81.20 will be used with the last take, the first questions are already coming up.
As an example, I cannot download documents in Office format including PDF from some sites. The file is displayed in the Gatewa log but then not sent to the client. If I deactivate Threat Emulation or remove the website from the https inspection, there is no problem.
With our explicit proxy the file is loaded.
I have some example pages here, maybe someone can reproduce this?

This is odd. I suggest you opening a TAC case for this. Also, any logs from TE?
