"Packet capture is not supported on this platform" when attempting to install policy on SMB 1570

Hi guys!

We have faced an issue "Packet capture is not supported on this platform" on Threat Prevention policy when attempting to install policy on SMB 1570 via SmartConsole

What reason of this issue an how it affect to going traffic? The symptoms that we have now is internet access issues and upload issues, although we can't any drop rules, that may affect, and in logs we have only 0 Implied rule but the rule allows traffic to pass not droped
