check_md5 value to 0 in the $FWDIR/conf/malware_config file?

Hello all,

anyone know if this is recommend setting to do per sk94056? I have R80.10 manager take 85, and R77.30 GW. We have internal app that is constantly changing, and under the threat tools we whitelist the file along with the required MD5, which only will work until the next change. As you could imagine, this could be cumbersome to Administrate. Are there any concerns from anyone about the potential effectiveness/security risks of the AV/AB at this point, or is this a recommended practice? I am not sure if this is another way workaround for this?

I would doubt that sk94056 will work with SMS R80.10. But you can try Check Point Application Control Signature Tool Administration Guide.
