Whitelist site blocked by URL Reputation (Anti-Bot)
Hi all,
we're running R80.40 on a VSX cluster.
Someone needs to access a site that's being blocked by URL Reputation (Anti-Bot). I've tried to configure an exception in the Threat Policy but that doesn't seem to do the trick...
Any ideas on how can I whitelist/allow/bypass a specific site on Anti-Bot?
Thanks in advance!

What's the actual Custom Application/Site object look like?
If it's a HTTPS URL, HTTPS Inspection will need to be active for the exception to work.

Ok, so what precisely did you configure?

Added an exception in the TP Policy:
I've uploaded a file to this location with a harmless file ("15400-security-gateway-datasheet.pdf") so that you could test the issue: https://transfer.sapo.pt/downloads/cd4e0eb8-89f7-43ab-8a9e-74399d9e27a8/sapotransfer-5cd10603fd4c1KZ...
The URL being blocked is the one being invoked when trying to download the file, https://cld.pt/dl/download/cd4e0eb8-89f7-43ab-8a9e-74399d9e27a8/sapotransfer-5cd10603fd4c1KZ/15400-s...
Thanks!

Spot on! 😉
In one of our previous tries we exempted this URL from being HTTPS inspected...
Thank you!

By ensuring the URL was actually getting inspected (i.e. HTTPS Inspection is enabled and configured correctly).
