Threat Extraction subscription expires in 360 days

We are working with a customer that is seeing a error for TX subscription about to expire in 360+ days.  Threat Extraction appears to be working correctly but the expiration warning is being seen on several gateways.  We also saw that cpstat scrub -f subscription_status returns 'No product has flag scrub'.  The environment is R81.20 JHA 65.  Has anyone seen this before?  We're wondering if this is a simple fix or if we need to go to the TAC with it.
