R77.30 Anti Spam and Mail - Blocking all incoming mail

Has anyone come across the following.

When activating the Anti Spam and/or traditional AV blade on the gateway smtp is blocked in and/or out

1.  If i set the scan for "to DMZ and internal networks" - only incoming smtp is blocked

2.  If i set for all directions - all smtp is blocked.

I only want to use this for incoming mail.

Any suggestions?
