Https inspection question

what if the traffic on the Checkpoint comes from the internal interface and is directed to the DMZ interface, then HTTP Inspection is applied to such traffic?

You can define HTTPS inspection as you wish using policy. It doesn't matter which interface it arrives on or leaves. You may inspect all traffic or just internet or a single host. Just look at the HTTPS policy.
