External IP is blocked issue

Hello,

External IP address is going into internet blacklist. Device is CP5200 Standalone installation.

Question is: How to know what is the root cause.? We have static IP address.

You'd have to ask whoever maintains that blacklist why your IP is there.
It's highly unlikely it's being caused by the Security Gateway itself.
That said, if you're hiding outbound traffic behind the same address, then traffic from your users might be causing your IP to be blacklisted.
