Anti-virus engine

Hi,

I was wondering what engine checkpoint is using for the anti-virus blade. Is it a own engine or is there a few 3rd part engines combined?

Is it different between Gaia and Gaia embedded?

This is some of the secrets of every vendor not just Check Point only. Most of them are using different vendors.

Kaspersky was one of the used engines as get published after the Kaspersky bann from the United States.

Removing Kaspersky Components from Check Point Products
