SMB App control & web filtering regular expression

Hi,

Just wonder we can use the * as the regular expression for the SMB model like 1590 appliance?

For example, i want to allow *.edu.sg and block others websites. This is possible to achieve ? For Gais box, I pretty sure we can achieve by using the regular expression. But what about the SMB model ? Anyone can share me the sk for this ?
