Few questions to address your issue:

- Which region of Spark Management is your gateway connected? When did the issue start?
- Did you try Disable/Enable Cloud services in the Spark WEBUI?
- Is both your Active and Standby cluster member unable to sync with cloud?
- Did you try rebooting the cluster member?

Also, the version running on your Spark Cluster is a bit old. I recommend upgrading to at least R81.10.17 lastest GA or Build 4847 as it contains many (I mean, a lot) stability fixes.

If it still doesn't resolve then you may want to upgrade to latest R82.00.10 Build 2133(GA) as I believe TAC will ask you to do so.

*Note, there are some cautions when upgrading a Pro series cluster to R82 as CoreXL core affinity changes. (see  SK184478 )
*Also, when upgrading to R82 I recommend taking 2 steps: First upgrade to R81.10.17, then upgrade to R82.00.10

Hi,

  • I'm from Ivory Coast. My Provider is in Ireland , Europe. The problem started yesterday
  • No, I haven’t tried disabling and re-enabling the cloud services in the web interface.
  • One out of every two nodes is unable to synchronize.
  • Yes, I restarted them.

Where can I get the GA versions R81.10.17 and R82.00.10?

Hi @zebeyou

I know there was an issue with cloud sync in the EU region of Spark Management last week but AFAIK it was resolved over the weekend.

You can find the GA firmware versions in the following SK and download if you have a valid support contract.

R81.10.17 GA (B4721)
https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk183153

R82.00.10 BA (B2113)
https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk184357

I think it's worth upgrading your cluster at least to R81.10.17, but if the issue persists after upgrade then you might want to open a TAC case for further investigation.
