Checkpoint MFA QR Codes Not Sending to AD Users

Just wanted to mention we ran into an irritating situation where we were testing turning on MFA for LDAPS users but they do not get the QR code setup email for the authenticator app even with their email filled out in AD. If we use the send OTP in email option (which the client cannot use for compliance reasons) it works but the QR codes don't go out when attempting to setup Use Authenticator. Anyone else run into this?

Hey @sx8n20394 can you share what is the Hardware and Version?

I think I figured this out. We were testing RADIUS with Duo and it looks like the Quantum Spark cannot use RADIUS and AD at the same time. This might be documented somewhere but I haven't seen it.
