Spark - keep all connections
Hello all,
I'm looking for the setting for "rematch connection" or "keep all connections" for a locally managed Spark-gateway.
Customer reports that they drop connections when they push policy.
This is a locally managed cluster on 1600-devices.
Cheers

User & objects -> Network Resources -> Services -> Find the problematic services -> edit and on advanced tab mark "Keep connections open after policy has been installed"

On global level:
To implement this solution on a global level:
- From WebUI, go to Device > Advanced Settings
- Search for 'Connection Persistence', and change the value to 'True'.

Thanks, missed that when going through the settings...
You stare at the problem for long enough that you don't see what's in front of you...
Cheers

Re-match connections should not cause drops for those connections which are still in the policy. There is most probably something else, like performance spike, that cause traffic to be cut.
