No response from gateway for 1st packet (RA VPN)

Hi All, 

2 of our users are encountering issues when trying to use RA VPN when outside of the office. 

This is the error that they receive when trying to connect:

The issue is not encountered when the users use mobile devices, it is only encountered when using computers.

Our firewall is a Quantum Spark 1800. 

Any idea what might be causing this issue?

It is what it says it is, a communication failure. Could it be that two users have the VPN site defined incorrectly?
