If users are going to use VDI or RDP or something like that to access resources in DC then it can handle quite a lot (depending on Internet bandwidth).
Also, it depends on your policy of course but our users are permitted to use Internet on their home PCs and only use Remote Access to work with company systems which offloaded traffic from appliance quite a lot actually.
Bottom line is, it really depends on how are users going to work and your current appliance configuration (enabled blades, access policy, etc).
