Hi folks,
I have a 1570 appliance with this problem:
Users in this network reclaim frequently disconnecting and sometimes can't see the SSID in his devices
Are there any way to change the channel to another that is have using less adjacent access points?
Best regards
On the Wireless page follow the blue "settings" links next to the Wifi (either 2.4 or 5ghz radios) to access the channel settings: (see attached)
There is also this:
Device > Advanced Settings > search: channel
Hi Chris,
Thanks for the info. One question, please
do you think the cause of desconnections and other problems could be the share channel by many adjacent access point?
Best regards
sk165123 suggests that you're looking at the right areas.
One recent thing I also encountered, (not specific to CP) but was client devices that use mac-address randomization would have intermittent access seemingly until such option was disabled.
Thanks a lot!
