How many Gateways can connect to Firewall cluster?
we have over 230 gateways.
is the a mount of the edge Limited in the Licens?

What situation are you trying to work with? Are you connecting all the 1100 devices to a central management server? I'm confused around your question "How many Gateways can connect to Firewall cluster?"

1140 Appliances are not EDGE devices
Either way, in general, the number of gateways you can manage is a function of the management license as well as how they are managed.
If you're using Smart Provisioning, they fall under the Smart Provisioning license, otherwise each gateway counts against your management license.
If you're asking a question about connecting these 1140s via VPN to a gateway cluster, that's a different question.
