Hello!
Have a trouble from device CP1450 R77.20.87 (990173083):
DMZ port 'in softwate' have status "Cable disconnected", although 'in hardware' status indicator DMZ (green and red) is ON.
The problem was noticed earlier, perhaps restarting the device temporarily solves it. However, a reboot is generally very undesirable.
Also noticed that the problem occurs when changing port settings. During normal operation of the device, the problem does not appear. Reconnecting the patchcord on this port does not fix the problem.
I would like to fix this problem completely.

What was the result of this? Was the issue resolved?
The manufacturer started the hardware replacement process (RMA) on July 2. A regional dealer reported last week that the device had arrived in Minsk. The dealer will deliver it shortly, and the problem will most likely be resolved.
