I bought a new device and I want and he doesn’t have a DSL modem and I have the old device that is checkpoint 730. I want to configure it just for the modern meaning that the new device will connect will dial from the model in the 730 is it possible

Change the 730 config so it just passes packages between LAN1 connected to 1575 WAN port and 730 WAN port connected to the ISP.

But my ISP is connected via a dialogue phone line and not directly to the 730 port WAN asks whether it is possible to dial a modem by a new checkpoint 1575

This needs to be configured on the 730 where the modem is.
You cannot "dial" it from the 1575, as far as I know.
You can bridge the DSL and LAN ports on the 730, I believe, and obtain the IP (via DHCP) on the 1575 with it's WAN being connected to the LAN port of the 730.
